The U.S. junior field hockey team advanced to the championship game of the 2008 Junior Pan-Am Cup tournament with a 6-1 semifinal win over Mexico in Friday's semifinal game. All three Princeton players-Kaitlyn Perrelle, Katie Reinprecht and Kathleen Sharkey-appeared in the game. The trio has appeared in all four tournament games for the U.S. with each scoring a goal in the first tournament game against Bermuda. The U.S. will take on Chile in the championship game on Sunday. The two teams tied 1-1 during the round robin portion of the event.
